All Sheet metal jobs from press shops are cleaned for oil and rust completely and with help of pre-dip in Surface conditioning tank, very smooth and micro-crystalline coating of Nickel modified Zinc phosphate is produced in phosphating tank. The coating produces in this line is adaptive for next powder coating film and enhances the film properties of powder coating like adhesion, flexibility, gloss and corrosion(SST) resistance.
