Nesting & Programming

The second step in 9 process is Nesting & Programming . After the finishing of fine design , we develop it into nesting & programmng process.  Our team is working on same process to finalise /Embedding one object in another object of the same type. applications allow you to embed (nest) one document inside another. Nesting is quite common in programming, where different logic structures sequence, selection and loop) are combined (i.e., nested in one another).

After completion of nesting & programming , the next process is define as Punching the exact programmed product on CRC sheet.
In order to cater to increased demand and maintain delivery schedules, company installed Hydaulic Shearing Machine and Hydaulic Bending machine in 2005.
In 2010 company built a new facility and also procured CNC Turret punch and CNC Bending machine. These machines increased the production capacity and also ensured better accuracy of the products. With state of art technology, company’s customer base also expanded. It started supplying various types of fabricated enclosures to industries such as automobiles, electronics, UPS manufacturers, sheet metal industries.
