Nilkamal Control Systems Pvt.Ltd. was established by Mr. Dnyneshwar Gavade in 2001. It is a dynamic organization engaged in manufacturing of sheet metal enclosures & all types of sheet metal components to serve diversified needs of various industries.
We have latest product range, reasonable price, good quality of product and prompt after sales service. We are catering to automobile, electrical, electronics, press tool, and sheet metal industries.

Nilkamal Control Systems Pvt.Ltd. It’s small scale, as fabrication activity to cater to requirements of electrical panel manufacturers.
Because of good quality products Mr. Gavade could establish good relationship with many customers and the demand continuously increased.
In order to cater to increased demand and maintain delivery schedules, company installed Hydraulic Shearing Machine and Hydaulic Bending machine in 2005.This helped the company to cater to more customers.

By 2010 company established itself as dependable supplier for fabricated electrical control panels and hence needed more shop floor area.
In 2010 company built a new facility and also procured CNC Turret punch and CNC Bending machine. These machines increased the production capacity and also ensured better accuracy of the products. With state of art technology, company’s customer base also expanded. It started supplying various types of fabricated enclosures to industries such as automobiles, electronics, UPS manufacturers, sheet metal industries.

Company also started serving the industry by taking up jobs only for CNC punching and bending. Up to 3mm. thk.
In order to expand horizons further, company created its own design and development team with state of art software. With this addition company also started designing its own panels, UPS cabinets, Canopy by only getting the customer requirements.
Till this time the company was outsourcing the Pretreatment and powder coating of components.
In order to eliminate this dependency, company established its own Pre treatment and powder coating facility in 2011.
The company also takes up the jobs only for Pre treatment (7 tank process) and powder coating.
With this added activity company became one stop solution provider for any type of enclosures, enhancing the customer satisfaction and added many more customers and OEMs.
With the philosophy of continuous improvement, company decided to go for ISO9001:2008 certification.
With dedicated team of design and development, manufacturing and quality, within 6 months from this decision company got itself certified for ISO9001:2008.
We are having a well equipped infrastructure with latest CNC machines. (AMADA)
We are ISO 9001:2008 certified company. We have developed comprehensive quality management system starting from design to final dispatch of the product, to achieve customer satisfaction.
